Hi everyone:
   Recently we isolated a T-DNA mutant with pleiotropic defects.I presume
that there may be some auxin response problems,and want to test some auxin
reporter genes expression level on the mutant.But before this we have no
idea about auxin.So could anyone give some advice on reproter genes?
   Any suggestion will be appreciated.
