There is a new webpage with a wealth of information about Arabidopsis
proteomics (see <http://www.masc-proteomics.org/>
http://www.masc-proteomics.org/).

If you are looking for a specific A. thaliana protein in a proteomics
experiment (shotgun or 2DE), for specific tissue or subcellular
localisation, for protein interaction or for protein phosphorylation,
seed-specific expression and many more things the "databases" links are
probably a good start to find such information.

The MASC proteomics subcommittee is responsible for the webpage and will
update the information weekly.

Please send suggestions and comments for improvement of the information
content to the Proteomics Chair: Wolfram Weckwerth
