Hi Juliet.

>From my experience, the right amount of silwet is crucial for plant
transformation.
If you add too much, it will kill the plant and if you add too litle the
transformation will work poorly.
Silwet itself is a surfactant which enables agro to infiltrate the plant at a
higher probability.
I normally use 0.02% silwet.
