[Arabidopsis] TBP over expression

Dear Mike,
 Thanks for sending reference related to TBP over
expression in Arabidopsis. But in case of Tobacco and
Peanut, we are getting phenotypically normal
transgenic plants. Is it might be due to genome size
or any other region?
