Dear Colleagues,
As you may know, a very dense set of SNPs for 19 accessions was
published by Clark et al. (see below for reference). While TAIR has
incorporated this information into their nice searching tool and
seqviewer, we have also make a web search tool/browser to allow
access to the SNPs in the context of each of the pseudochromosome
sequences. The link to the Perlegen data is here;
