[Arabidopsis] pDAP101 T-DNA Vector

does anybody know if the T-DNA vector pDAP101 can be purchased 
somewhere/ from somebody?
This vector was used in the Syngenta SAIL T-DNA lines, but since they've 
cancelled their T-DNA program, it's unlikely to get it from there.
Or, is there somebody who could provide us with some microliters of the 
plasmid?
