[Arabidopsis] Membrane protein purification for MS assay and 2-D gel

Hi, I am going to use transgenic Arabidopsis plants with peptide tag for purification, the protein samples will be used to do MS assay and 2-D gel, generally speaking, how much fresh tissue should I use?
