Dear Dave-

These data were generated by the Kay lab at Scripps (now at UCSD),
and through a collaboration with Joanne Chory's lab have been
analyzed. The data can be accessed through two different web portals
that we have designed, either from the Chory group at The Salk
Institute (http://dacari.salk.edu) or from Todd Mockler's group at
Oregon State (http://diurnal.cgrb.oregonstate.edu/). A paper will
follow shortly on the findings of these studies and the raw data will
be available through Arrayexpress.

Specifically concerning the genes that you mention. SVP cycles under
both short day and long day conditions. However, the time of peak
transcript abundance (six hours after lights on) does not change
between conditions. In contrast AGL24 does not cycle under these
conditions. If you have any other questions I would be more than
happy to talk with you directly.
