Mendel Biotechnology, Inc., invites applications for a Research 
Scientist position in plant biochemistry / plant molecular biology. We 
are seeking a highly motivated scientist to join a team dedicated to 
basic scientific understanding of lead gene products. The successful 
applicant will have expertise in protein biochemistry and plant 
molecular biology. They will be detail oriented and capable of 
undertaking experiments independently and with other scientists. Strong 
written and oral communication skills in the English language are 
considered essential. Applicants must hold a Ph.D. in plant biology, 
molecular biology, or related field, or have a Masters degree with 
equivalent work experience. Must be a U.S. citizen or have authorization 
to work in the U.S. Mendel is situated in the San Francisco Bay area. We
