P.S. I don't think there is a software than can do the type of work you expected. The exact localization needs experimental evidence plus suitable positive controls. For example, if you find your protein in on the cell membrane (not at the edge of cytoplasm as result of vacuolar pushing), test a known membrane protein using GOI-GFP under the same procedures and assay conditions.
