HI, I wanna caluculate Ka and ks ratio for a set of arabiodpsis and oryza sequence to chrck the kind of selection pressure.But i am little bit confused about the reference sequence.May I take the respective human sequences.Woult it be wise decision??? Can any one help me in this regards sanjay
