[Arabidopsis] looking for Training on Microarray

Hi,

I have same results on transcripts changes of nitrogen assimilating enzymes in Arabidopsis (Columbia ecotype) by using RT-PCR on prepared cDNA. But this technique seems insufficient to discuss the results. Currently, I try to master the microarray to better characterize the effects of salt stress on the expression of certain genes. I'm looking for a training on microarray in a laboratory using this technique.  

Can any one give me informations,
