[Arabidopsis] Good replacement for Vector NTI

Hi, 
I am looking for a good alternative of Vector NTI (and compatible with VNTI
files).

The recent change of Invitrogen's licensing policy (current price vs. number
of computers you can run the program) is quite difficult to accept. 

There are already some programs available but it is quite difficult to
evaluate/compare without actually learning how to use them. 

Anybody could compare Vector NTI with let say: 
- Lasergene (http://www.dnastar.com/products/lasergene.php), 
- CLC Bio (http://www.clcbio.com/upgrade) 
or anything else?
