[Arabidopsis] LR Gateway reaction pENTR223.1-Sfi-ORF in to pK7WGF2- problem

My question is did any of you had a problem doing the LR reaction (gateway
recombination) with the* *pENTR223.1 Sfi-ORF (from ABRC) and the* *pK7WGF2
(or any other Gateway Destination vector). If you had this problem how did
you solve it?
