[Arabidopsis] ChiP

Dear all,
I´m starting a project to do ChromatinIP experiments of the 
transcription factors I´m working with.
 From all the options to tag them (GFP, HA, etc), wich option would be 
the best?
I already have nice fusion protein between my TF and GUS. Does anybody 
had use anti-GUS (if it exists) for ChiP?
