[Arabidopsis] Bodipy-BFA or Bodipy-TR ceramide for plant Golgi?

Hi, there,

 

We plan to stain Golgi bodies in developing Arabidopsis seedlings (root tip
cells). It appears that there are some reports on staining of plant Golgi
bodies with Bodipy-BFA as well as Bodipy-TR ceramide from different plant
tissues, it will be appreciated if you could post your experience on which
one should be used and how to use (concentration and time) for staining
plant Golgi.
