Dear all,

I am hoping to use the chemical Leptomycin B (LMB) to investigate nuclear transport in Arabidopsis. Searching the literature I have been unable to find any information on treatment of whole seedlings with LMB. Could anyone offer advice on concentrations/ protocols for use of this chemical?
