[Arabidopsis] random hexamer vs oligo dT vs gene specific primer

Dear all,

May I know which one of the following method of cDNA synthesis is best for
doing real time PCR.

----- random hexamer vs oligo dT vs gene specific primer ------

Please give the advantage or reasons for following each method, particularly
in connection with real time PCR to check difference in trancription when
comparing a control set with an exposure group.
