Hello At researchers, In my lab, I found that not all SALK_xxxxxxC are homozygous knock-out lines, after extracting genomic DNA and runing PCR detection. some are not homozygous and some are not knock-out(knock-down instead). has anyone of you observed this? thanks for your reply. Smith
