[Arabidopsis] cytoplasmic mRNA

I'm looking for methods/results of RNA-seq on cytoplasmic mRNA - i.e. trying to circumvent misleading information from partially processed transcripts. I believe that there are a few papers on this but I can't recall who told me about them.
