Hi All, I am sorry with my last mail but what I meant is I need both 35S:GFP and 35S:GUS homozygous seeds. I got lot of replies for 35S:GUS seeds but none for 35S:GFP. If anyone has seeds for 35S:GFP HOMOZYGOUS plants and can provide us we will be very grateful Thanks very much. Asif
