Second International Symposium on the Nitrogen Nutrition of Plants
November 18-22, 2013 in Puerto Varas, Chile       =20

REGISTRATION NOW OPEN

 We are pleased to announce registration is now open for the Second =
International Symposium on the Nitrogen Nutrition of Plants =
(http://www.nitrogen2013.cl). The conference will begin on the evening =
of Monday, November 18 and end at noon Friday, November 22. The =
conference venue will be Hotel Patag=F3nico in Puerto Varas, Chile.=20

 The goals for this meeting are to review progress in N nutrition, =
genomics, systems biology, signaling and use efficiency in plants. The =
conference will feature invited keynote speakers from a wide range of =
backgrounds and research areas as well as speakers selected from =
submitted abstracts. =20

 The meeting format will include seven oral sessions and two poster =
sessions. Each oral session will include invited speakers and speakers =
selected from submitted abstracts. For this reason, abstracts from =
accomplished junior and senior investigators are warmly invited.=20

Puerto Varas is a short one-hour flight away from Santiago. It is a =
beautiful tourist town in the southern lake district of Chile with =
plenty of opportunities for outdoor activities and visits to national =
parks, glaciers and hot springs. Puerto Varas is the gateway to the =
Chilean Patagonia.
