Dear Colleagues,

Four travel awards and 10 registration scholarships are available for facul=
ty and students to attend the UNCC Workshop in Next-Generation Sequencing a=
nd Metabolomics (WiNGS). For more information about the workshop, visit:

http://cci.uncc.edu/wings

The goal of these awards is to broaden participation in bioinformatics and =
genomics.

Four $350 travel awards are available for faculty. Each faculty travel awar=
d also includes a registration scholarship. Everyone is welcome to apply, =
but applications that discuss plans to incorporate bioinformatics into teac=
hing are especially welcome. We are also interested in providing assistance=
to faculty who plan to bring students to the WiNGS meeting. If you would l=
ike us to consider your students for registration scholarships, please ment=
ion them as part of your application and ask them to request a registration=
scholarship at the second link below.
