We seek highly motivated scientists to test gene expression, epigenetic and epigenomic changes in hybrids and allopolyploids of Arabidopsis and cotton. Successful candidates should have a Ph.D. in Genetics or Computational Biology with good training in molecular biology and epigenetics. Bioinformatic and statistical skills in analyzing high-throughput sequencing data including RNA-seq, small RNA-seq, methylome-seq, ChIP-seq, and genome-seq are helpful. The positions are available immediately. Salary is competitive with experience.
