Integrated Genome Browser (IGB) is a highly interactive, fast and flexible
desktop genome browser mainly
used to view data from RNA-Seq, ChIP-Seq, and other genome-scale data
sets. IGB supports many visual analytics features that allow you to create
sophisticated, high-quality visualizations for publications, talks, or
videos.

In this tutorial, you'll learn about new analytic features coming soon in
IGB version 8 including:

* Filtering reads and junction features by score, number of alignments,
and other attributes
* Coloring features by score using a new color mapper inspired by
Cytoscape http://www.cytoscape.org/
* Ability to click on a feature and run a BLAST search at NCBI, inspired
by Apollo
* All new stickable data tooltips
* And much more...
