The Laboratory of Statistical Genetics of Rockefeller University is
offering a 3-day intensive course on the Design and Analysis of DNA
Microarray Studies on April 18-20, 2002. The course does not require a
statistical or computer-science background. It will present in depth
information on the statistical basis and relative merits of a variety of
visualization and analysis methods and will prepare participants in
design of studies and development of effective analysis strategies
tailored to their objectives. The course is not a tutorial on the use of
software packages but will include review of available software and
software will be provided for completion of the assigned problem sets.
