DPOAE signal analysis

Hello

I am doing M.Sc Thesis about spectrum estimation in DPOAE. I have 
had some trouble finding publications where something else than FFT
is used. In most ones it is combination of time and frequency domain
averaging. Have any one noticed articles with AR(MA), Pisarenko, etc...
methods used in DPOAE (OAE)? We have collected some animal data with
all sweeps stored and analyzed with MATLAB and need some references.
