I don't know where you are located but
the Tinnitus and Hyperacusic Clinic in
Baltimore Maryland is a good place to start.

I went to a presentation by Dr. Pawel Jastreboff
on his clinic and he is claiming an 80% success
rate with his habituation method using
LOW levels of masking.
