Can someone please explain to me the differences between a dispensing vs. non-dispensing audiologist (e.g., training, licensure, accredidation)? Does one acquire these certifications per device? Is there a policy statement from ASHA or another group which I could reference regarding these issues? Are there any similar demarcations among other health-care providers? thanks, steve
