HELP WITH BUYING HEARING AID

Can anyone help me to find a small discrete hearing aid which does not break 
the bank to buy?  

I have been looking at a SIEMENS Cosmea CIC (completely in the canal) hearing 
aid and was quoted 1600  ($2667) for the pair. The hearing aids are fine, but
the price is not.  Does anyone know of a good aid at less cost?
I am in the UK but could buy abroad.
