Stevens' phenomenon?

It is known that the perceptual pitch of a pure tone depends
on its amplitude, and that this dependence depends on
frequency.

I've been trying to find a term for this phenomenon, and have
tentatively referred to it as "Stevens' phenomenon", after the
first paper by Stevens in 1933.

Does anyone know if this has a recognised name?
