Duh!
(He probably thought Knowles ran specials with brand new parts for 
15 year old hearing aids.)
I've got some bad news for you. It is unethical to entice people to
buy new aids by scaring them with a "Golly, these repair labs use
used parts," scenario.

What some guys won't do to earn a buck!!!!!
