auiditory responses in insects

Tom : I was wondering if you have any information or test results on the auditory ranges for certain 
insects. Three that I would be interested in would be the common house fly, the black fly and the 
mosquito. The information is for a colleague of mine who is doing research in this area. Is there a web 
site on the net that would have this type of information (audible ranges for (whatever)) that you are 
aware of.
