Meniere's - positive diagnosis?

I can offer that Meniere's must cause a low frequency hearing loss.  I
thought I had it, but doc ruled it out because my hearing loss is
at high frequencies.  My doc went looking for a tumor, but the
MRI was normal, so here I sit with T from an unknown cause.  I
understand that's pretty common.
