is there an induction loop available for audio-equipment?

Hi,

If you want to listen to a cassette on a walkman, is it possible to make an 
induction-loop at the audio-output of the walkman, so you can use the 
telecoil of a hearing aid instead of headphones and normal microphone of 
the hearing aid? 
Is there such a induction-loop on the market and would it improve 
sound quality? 
 
All suggestions welcome.
