Mark Ross had requested that we post the program for the Congress to be 
held in Austria Aug. 3-10.  The organizer sent us the program and we have
put in on our web page. www.frye.com.  The listing is with other meetings
but the whole program is displayed if you click on "more info".  We plan
to put the IHS program on in the next day or too also.  

As long as we can scan information in, it isn't much trouble to put 
programs on the site.

I hope this will be interesting to people.
