Pocket hearing-aids

I have been looking for an inexpensive hearing aid. There are a lot of
things I don't need to hear at $500 per ear. In the "olden days", (as
my daughter would say) there used to be these pocket hearing aids the
size of a cigarette pack or so with a small earplug on a wire.

So far I have only found one - the PockeTalker by Williams Sound, for
about $150. 

Does anyone know of any others?
