Proper use of earplugs (online info)

I just found this link that includes a series of 20 articles on the
study of hearing protection devices (i.e., ear plugs, ear muffs, etc.)
from Cabot Safety.  There's a good article (number 19) on the proper
use of earplugs (the article claims that most people in fact do not
fit their earplugs properly thereby reducing effectiveness). The
