about speech audiometry word lists

Hello.
I am a resident of a department of otolaryngology in Japan.
I test some patients by speech audiometry in Japanese launguage.
I don't have English words lists such as the Northwestern University
Auditory Test No.6(NU-6), the PAL PB-50 Lists, and the CID Auditory Test
W-22.
I want to get these words lists.
Please show me the way to get them.
