Help locating WIPI

I need to order a new copy of the WIPI, and I'm having difficulty 
locating the publisher.  Our old copy was published by Stanwix House in 
Pittsburgh, but directory assistance there does not have a current 
phone listing for Stanwix.  Surely someone is still publishing this 
test.  Any information regarding a current source for ordering will be 
greatly appreciated.
