Audiology Help!

I need some help and fast if possible!

My mother-in-law has a hering dissorder since she was six and although
she's had a lot of operations, her hearing is still not very good.
She heard of a pair of glasses that have  some kind of vibrating frames
which lets you use it as a hearing device and at the same time 
disguise it in the glasses.

Can anyone help me out here?? Who makes these glasses and where can
I find them??
