Patient with type A tymps, ear canal vol=3.4 and 2.2 Severe high freq loss, bilaterally with normal thresholds 250, 500, 1K. No air bone gaps. No hx ear surgery, etc. Has anyone seen unusually large volume like this with normal tymp? Concerned about possible tm perf??? Comments welcome. Thanks.
