Can anyone tell me more about the success rate of a tympanoplasty done by an ear, nose throat surgeon. It has to be done at an 12 year old girl with several perforations after a long period of chronic inflammation, and 25-30% loss of hearing bilateral. Is this the only solution?? thanks Frans
