Concerning a June 11 1997 message requesting CPT codes for " VIII nerve
monitoring with ABR during removal of an acoustic neuroma"

ABR = Auditory brainstem response 

Use codes:

95920 - intra-operative testing, per hour
92585 - ABR test, note if done on only one ear then use CPT modifier -
52 therefore it would be 92585-52.
