Info on Amplaid mk15

Does anyone have any experience with an Amplaid MK15.  I am using this
equipment for ENG and ABR.  However last week the printer will not work. 
Starkey says that the machine is 8-10yrs old and there are no longer parts
for it.  I would like to know if an external printer can be hooked up to
this equipment.  DOes anyone know if there is a distributor in the USA
besides Starkey?  Any help would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks.  Debbie
