HA-compatible stethoscope needed

Hi! I should have taken notes the last time I saw this problem addressed.
A nurse who wears 2 in-the-ear Siemens HAs, both having T-switches, is
tired of having to remove her HAs every time she needs to use her
stethoscope.  What is available that she might use? Where can she get
it/order it? How much might it cost?
Are there any stethoscopes with silhouettes or a neck loop?
I told her I'd get back to her within a few weeks and we'll both
appreciate any and all help.
