Sorry to join this thread a little late.  This solution (changing NOAHLOCL.INI settings) will indeed work with the US version.  

The Alt-Tab solution suggested by an earlier post *should* also work.  Like any other Windows application, NOAH will permit you to press Alt-Tab to go to other applications currently loaded in memory.  This function works the same in the 3-6 user version of NOAH as in any other version.

In NOAH 3.0, due next year, the NOAH window will be minimizable and resizable without requiring that you change any INI file settings.
