Billing In Private Practice

As someone interested in entering private practice, I would appreciate some
comments on insurance (including Medicare) reimbursement for:

1. Interoperative Monitoring
2. Hospital-based Infant Screening
3. Basic Audiometric Testing
4. Electronystagmography

Responses from anyone presently in private practice who successfully
receive reimbursement for such procedures are much appreciated.
