Has anyone heard of any problems with hearing from having taken a medicine 
named Tagamet. I have a patient that claims that his hearing problems came 
after he was treated for something with that medicine. His audiogram is at 20 
dB HL ecxept  that he has a slight loss above 4 kHz bilat. He also has a 
lowering of his UCL to around 85 dB HL and his MCL is at 70 dB HL. He has been 
through both BRA and MRT. Does anybody has a clue if Tagamet could have caused 
a CAPD. Any suggestion wouls be appreciated.
