providing two types of random noise outputs in binary signal and a
continuous analog waveform of approximately gaussian amplitude distribution.
Also, this instrument generates pseudo-random versions of the binary and
gaussian signals. The HP 3722A is also a low-frequency broadband noise
generator.  An excellent analytical and diagnostic tool for audio,
